What We Believe
We adhere to historical, biblical Christian and traditional Baptist teachings anchored securely in the Word of God.
The Authority of Scripture
We believe the Bible is the inspired, inerrant, and infallible Word of God, serving as the supreme authority for our faith and practice.
Salvation Through Faith in Jesus
Salvation is by grace alone through faith alone in Jesus Christ alone, whose substitutionary death and bodily resurrection atoned for our sins.
Believer's Baptism
We practice baptism by full immersion for believers as a public symbol and testimony of personal faith and spiritual rebirth in Christ.
Priesthood of All Believers
Every Christian has direct access to God through Christ and is gifted by the Holy Spirit to minister and serve in the local body and world.
Transformative Discipleship
God calls us not just to believe, but to mature into Christlikeness—moving from ordinary people to passionate action for His kingdom.
A Gospel-Centered Church Plant
Redemption City Community Church is actively planting roots in Houston, seeking to bring the restorative hope of Jesus to neighborhoods, families, and individuals. Please partner with us through prayer and kingdom investment.
